Log Cabin - 12 Beds, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 4 Toilets, Outdoor Hot Tub, Infrared Sauna, Outdoor Terrace with Seating and Grill

This log cabin is equipped with twelve beds and one crib for children.

On the first floor, there are two triple rooms and one quadruple room. In addition to the rooms, you will find an infrared sauna and two bathrooms with a shower and toilet. One of the bathrooms is also equipped with a washing machine.

On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, a spacious living room with a fireplace, an LCD TV with terrestrial and satellite reception, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for twelve people. On the ground floor, there is also one bathroom with a toilet, equipped with a bathtub, shower, two sinks, and a toilet, along with another separate toilet.

• Coffee machine for ground coffee, microwave
• Free WiFi throughout the property

Accommodation in Villapark offers a wide range of leisure activities in the surrounding area. You can visit, for example, the new Aqacentrum and the Krkonoš Museum in Vrchlabí, the nearby Jánské Lázně, and in winter enjoy the nearby ski resorts.

We mainly rent the log cabins for weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday. During the off-season, we also offer accommodation for shorter periods (at least 2 nights). We also offer the possibility of organizing family celebrations, birthdays, holidays, farewells, and other events.

The price includes:

• Consumed energy
• Final cleaning
• Bed linen, towels, and bath towels rental
• WiFi connection
• Use of the hot tub, sauna, and garden kitchen
• Parking availability

Fees:

• Spa fee: 25 CZK/person/night
• Fee for consumed firewood for the fireplace (if used)

Deposit:

• Deposit: 5,000 CZK, payable in cash upon arrival
• The deposit will be refunded upon departure, within 3 days at the latest after departure to a bank account

Additional information:

• Electric vehicle charging is available for a fee of 10 CZK/kWh based on consumption

Weekend and shortened stays (April - June, September - December):

• 2 nights ... 23,000 CZK
• 3 nights ... 28,000 CZK
• 4 nights ... 33,000 CZK

To make a non-binding reservation of the property, you can choose a period from Saturday to Saturday.

Arrival is possible on Saturday between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. The property must be vacated by the following Saturday at the latest by 10:00 AM. In case of a late arrival or departure, it is necessary to agree on a specific time in advance! Otherwise, a fee may be charged!
